Tokiso is a recognised leader in dispute resolution and is proud to offer a qualified panel of mediators for Court Rule 41A mediations in the Gauteng Division of the High Court.

Our mediators fully comply with the Directive on Mediation and the Mediation Protocol issued in April 2025. As a Recognised Mediation Organisation (RMO), Tokiso ensures that all mediators on our panel meet the required professional standards – including ongoing professional development, adherence to the Tokiso professional code of conduct and accountability under Tokiso’s supervision framework. Tokiso mediators:

  • Are accredited by Tokiso, as a RMO as a member of ADRP-SA;
  • Have formal mediation training and practical experience;
  • Can travel for in-person mediations where appropriate and are able to conduct virtual mediations;
  • Are committed to timely preparation and delivering the Mediator’s report within ten court days;
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure attendance of parties with settlement authority;
  • Comply with the required administrative processes via Tokiso’s system that ensures our compliance with reporting obligations to the Judge President;
  • Are committed to their ongoing professional development; and
  • Have completed training in personal injury and RAF mediation for these panels.
