Tefo Raditapole is an attorney and been a Director at Cheadle Thompson and Haysom Attorneys for over 20 years. He has represented Cosatu and the ANC extensively. He is an accredited mediator, facilitator and trainer and was a part-time Senior Commissioner at the CCMA. He trained the first Commissioners at the time the CCMA was established.

Tefo has held several professional positions including membership of the International Labour Organisation Committee on Contract Labour. He is a dispute resolution consultant to the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance in Stockholm and to the Electoral Institute of Southern Africa.

He has vast training experience and has been involved in training initiatives both in South Africa and in other countries on the continent. Tefo focuses on relationship-building, training and broader transformation issues. He has extensive experience in fact-finding commissions at provincial hospitals and settled the recent public sector conditions of service dispute and facilitated the first strategic planning meeting of the greater East Rand Metro. He also facilitated the mergers that established the University of Johannesburg and Cape Peninsula Technikon.

Tefo was a director of Tokiso from 2001 to 2015.
