Kerith is an internationally accredited commercial mediator with expertise in labour relations and organisational dynamics. She brings insight to complex workplace issues involving misconduct, incapacity, grievances and performace management. She has a track record across leadership development, talent and team effectiveness, culture transformation, employment equity and organisational development.
Kerith’s work includes chairing disciplinary hearings, conducting independent workplace investigations involving allegations of misconduct, harassment and performance. She has led governance-focused processes such as secret ballots, verifications, and workplace elections. Kerith is trusted to guide organisations through sensitive transitions, including change management and culture assessment and transformation. She has experience leading programmes that include independent employee suvreys and relationship-building processes.
Kerith leads the design and delivery of learning programmes that embed healthy labour relations, engagement and inclusion across all levels of the organisation. As an accredited training assessor and moderator, she develops customised interventions that strengthen labour relations and build constructive, high-performing workplace cultures.
