Ace Magogodi is an experienced Human Resources, Conflict Management and Employee Relations professional with a strong legal background and business knowledge gained in the private sector.

He has extensive experience in dispute resolution having worked with the CCMA for five years as a commissioner and a trainer, and through holding various leadership positions.

Ace has over 25 years’ of experience in human resources and industrial relations in the Mining, Manufacturing, Recruitment, Rail, Academic and Labour Relations industries. He has worked as the Country Head of Employee Relations at Gibela Rail Consortium, the Senior ER Manager at Sasol, a Senior HR Manager at Tiger Brands and a Lecturer on Industrial Relations at Damelin.

He has a keen interest in working with organisations to lead, grow and perform more effectively in a diverse environment. Ace is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Mentor Me Foundation and has previously served on the Boards of Kelly and PAG and previously Chaired the Group for Environmental Monitoring, Exco of Construction Engineering Association (CEA) and SEIFSA council.
