Aimée is an accredited commercial mediator, attorney and governance specialist with more than 21 years of cross-border experience in South Africa and the United Kingdom, with particular expertise in disputes involving governance, sustainability, organisational dynamics, and in a wide range of commercial matters.

Drawing on extensive expertise in law, governance and strategic advisory work, Aimée quickly understands the legal, commercial and relational issues that often underpin disputes. Her approach helps parties move beyond entrenched positions and engage in constructive dialogue, even in high-stakes or emotionally charged situations.

Aimée began her career as a commercial, infrastructure and energy lawyer at Bowmans (Johannesburg) and A&O Shearman (London), advising on high-value, multi-party projects involving complex contractual and regulatory issues. She has since worked extensively with boards and leadership teams on governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement and strategic sustainability and decision-making.
