Geraldine Dunn is an accredited mediator and an arbitrator specialising in labour law and dispute resolution. She has chaired many disciplinary, performance and grievance hearings. She has also conducted many investigations. Geraldine has a special interest in resolving sexual harassment, and fraud and corruption cases. She is a member of the Institute of Directors of South Africa, and a member of their Disciplinary Panel.
Geraldine has worked for the NPA as a state prosecutor where she developed the skill to deal with complex fraud cases. She has served as a CCMA Commissioner dealing with unfair labour practice referrals. Geraldine has also previously worked in the legal department of the CCMA’s head office.
Geraldine is a certified director, accredited to conduct divorce mediation and has completed the ADBI investment mediation course.
