Geraldine Dunn is an accredited mediator and arbitrator specialising in labour law and dispute resolution. She has chaired many disciplinary, performance and grievance hearings. She has conducted many investigations. She has a special interest in resolving sexual harassment, and fraud and corruption cases.
Geraldine has worked for the NPA as a state prosecutor where she developed the skill to deal with complex fraud cases. She has served as a CCMA Commissioner dealing with grievances and unfair labour practice referrals. Geraldine has also previously worked in the legal department of the CCMA’s head office.
