Samantha Phumaphi is Barrister (advocate) of the High Court and Court of Appeal of England and Wales. She has extensively practiced law for over ten years in various  legal areas including commercial, insurance, employment, family and immigration.

Samantha also provides conflict resolution services (mediation, facilitation and arbitration) to both companies and individuals in the areas of family, labour and commercial disputes.She offers tuition to trainee mediators.

Samantha is an accredited CEDR Mediator  and also accredited through the London School of Mediation. She sits on the Court-Aligned Mediation Panel for South Africa. 

Samantha has an LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Sheffield (European, International, and Comparative Law) and an LLM (Masters in Commercial Law) from the University of Cape Town.
