Zeenat Rajah Hoosen has been a dispute resolution panellist since 2000 and specialises in consensus-seeking processes. She is a CEDR-accredited mediator.

Through the years, she has been on various arbitration, mediation, disciplinary hearings, facilitation and relationship building (RBO) panels, including the Independent Mediation Service of South Africa’s (IMSSA). 

Before venturing into dispute resolution, Zeena worked at UNISA’s Graduate School of Business Leadership and as a systems trainer and implementer, and project manager in the technological industry.
