Themba Manganyi is a labour relations specialist focusing on dispute resolution. He was previously the manager at the Metal and Engineering Industry Bargaining Council’s Centre for Dispute Resolution (CDR), which received over 500 cases per month. In this role, Themba was involved in management, policy development as well as stakeholder engagement.

Themba is an accredited part-time CCMA commissioner and serves on the panels of various bargaining councils. He also specialises in relationship building initiatives and has deep experience in elections, balloting and verifications.

Themba was previously employed by Tokiso as the manager of the CDR, and prior to that he was the case coordinator at Medupi Power Station for almost two years. He was part of the team that drafted the Kusile and Medupi Power Stations’ dispute resolution procedures.
