Thabo Lebea is the Managing Director of Lebea Inc. Attorneys and is an experienced legal practitioner specialising in Labour and Employment Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution. 

With over a decade of experience, Thabo has represented both public and private sector clients, including domestic and multinational organizations, across various industries such as government, insurance, aviation, mining, construction, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and IT. 

He frequently appears before the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, High Court, and the Supreme Court of Appeal. His areas of expertise include retrenchments, executive terminations, misconduct and disciplinary hearings, sexual harassment issues, unfair labour practices, corporate transactions, shareholder disputes, insolvency and business rescue, as well as complex commercial litigation, including cross-border matters. 

Additionally, he chairs disciplinary hearings and serves dispute resolution forums. Thabo previously worked at the Department of Justice: Labour Court as a Judge’s Secretary and Acting Law Researcher, which enhanced his understanding of labour jurisprudence and judicial processes. In addition to his legal practice, he conducts seminars, training workshops, and panel discussions across the country on topics related to labour, corporate, and commercial law.
