Pieter Venter is a practising advocate, with over 17 years of litigation experience, specialising in commercial disputes, personal injury, medical negligence, and insurance law. 

Formerly admitted as an attorney and practising at Adams & Adams Attorneys admitted as an attorney, he is a member of the Pretoria Society of Advocates and holds an LLB from the university alongside a higher diploma in Insolvency Law and a higher diploma in Medical Law from UCT and LLM (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria, alongside a Higher Diploma in Medical Law from UCT. 

Pieter is an internatinally accredited mediator through CEDR (UK) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI). He has also completed the AFSA RAF Mediation Short Course and is certified to mediate personal injury and Road Accident Fund matters. 

Known for his analytical clarity and calm authority, Pieter brings a principled, solution-focused approach to mediation. He is committed to impartiality, confidentiality, and procedural fairness, and is available for court-annexed and private mediations across Gauteng and nationally. Pieter mediates in English and Afrikaans and offers both in-person and online services.
