Nzwisisai Dandadzi

Nzwisisai (Nzwi) was called to the Bar in 2013 and is a general practitioner with an interest in employment and labour law.

She was previously an attorney, having done articles at Fullard Mayer Morrison Incorporated.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Nzwi worked as a compliance and money laundering control officer at the Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe Limited, and as a law officer in policy and legal research for the Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs in Zimbabwe.

Other than labour law, she has experience in general commercial law, administrative law, refugee law and child rights.

Nzwi’s areas of interest are workplace mediations and investigations, chairing and initiating disciplinary and grievance hearings, employment law litigation and general motion court work. She has appeared in all the courts in South Africa on her own accord or as junior counsel.

She is an accredited mediator and a part-time commissioner of the CCMA and various bargaining councils. She has in-depth experience in the mediation and arbitration of labour disputes.
