Narissa Hiralall is an attorney with a decade of experience in labour and commercial law. She is a partner at Hiralall Attorneys and holds an LLB degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from GIBS.
Narissa serves as a part-time Commissioner at the CCMA and as a panellist on multiple bargaining councils. She is also a member of the Legal Practice Council’s disciplinary committee, which is tasked with upholding professional standards in the legal profession.
Accredited as a mediator by CEDR (UK), Narissa provides mediation services in labour and commercial disputes. She is frequently appointed to chair internal disciplinary, grievance, and incapacity hearings.
