Mtunzi Ndulama is an accredited Commissioner for the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and has over 15 years’ experience in various spheres of employment law.
Mtunzi formerly worked at the Department of Employment and Labour in the client services department and was an inspector focusing on the monitoring and enforcment of employment equity. He therefore has particular insight into UIF, COIDA and employment equity.
