A specialist in Section 198A and Section 198D disputes and human resources, Moahloli Nyama is an accredited part-time Senior Commissioner at the CCMA and a panellist of various bargaining councils. Moahloli is an independent labour law and employee relations practitioner. He assists clients with conducting workplace investigations, chairing disciplinary enquiries, facilitating mutual interest negotiations and bargaining forums. 

Moahloli spent 13 years as a full-time employee of the CCMA, in various positions and capacities, including working as full-time Senior Commissioner, Operations Manager, HOD: Human Resources, Employment Equity Manager and Provincial Registrar in both the Northern Cape and Mpumalanga. He also chaired the Employment Equity Forum and the Management Negotiations Committee.
