Mathabo

Mathabo is an advocate and CCMA part-time Commissioner, specialising in employment and labour law. 

Prior to being called to the Bar, she was a full-time commissioner at the CCMA. 

With experience in labour law, Mtabo conducts arbitrations, mediations, conciliations, and facilitations, handling a broad spectrum of employment-related matters, including issues of mutual interest. 

In addition to serving as a CCMA Commissioner at Ekurhuleni, Mtabo is appointed to several Bargaining Councils, including the Construction Industry Bargaining Council, the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI), the National Bargaining Council for the Chemical Industry (NBCCI), and the Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC).
