Psychologist, arbitrator and mediator Martin Koorts has his own consultancy and is a part-time commissioner for the CCMA. He has extensive experience as mediator and arbitrator for numerous bargaining councils. He specialises in resolving disputes by mediation. In his arbitration work, Martin focuses on a short turnaround time for the whole process.    

Human resources / labour relations is Martin’s field of experience and has been employed in a HR Generalist position for the major part of his corporate career with extensive exposure to all aspects. He has been a key member of a senior management team for the greater part of his career, responsible for the development and implementation of strategic human resources and certain operational initiatives.
