Luthando is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa with over 12 years of specialised experience in labour law and industrial relations. His expertise spans providing strategic labour law advice, drafting employment contracts aligned with statutory requirements, developing employee?focused company policies, and preparing comprehensive legal opinions. He has delivered Industrial Relations and Chairpersons’ training, engaged extensively with trade unions, and represented employers in CCMA proceedings. 

His advisory work includes facilitating misconduct and incapacity hearings (covering ill health and poor performance), guiding organisational restructures, and overseeing transfers in compliance with the Labour Relations Act. 

Currently serving as a part-time CCMA Operational Commissioner, Luthando combines practical litigation experience with a strong track record in dispute resolution and workplace governance.
