Case Management Officer: Conflicts and Statutory Division

Lisa plays a central role in case management, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and panellists. She maintains detailed records on the Tokiso Case Management System and monitors case developments.

Her organised and client-focused approach contributes significantly to the efficiency and quality of Tokiso’s services.

Lisa is also responsible for managing client and panellist relationships. She facilitates new client registrations, promptly addresses client queries, and fosters professional, responsive communication throughout all stages of engagement.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Lisa provides critical administrative and logistical support during processes such as wage negotiations, as well as s189 and s189A proceedings. In these contexts, she supports facilitators by ensuring the smooth execution of procedural and coordination tasks, enabling them to focus on delivering effective dispute resolution.

Lisa is an avid legal researcher with a keen interest in contributing to the professional development of the Tokiso team. She also serves as Tokiso’s Health and Safety Officer, upholding workplace safety standards and fostering a compliant and supportive work environment.
