Linda is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa who specialises in the field of labour law, with extensive experience working with Bargaining Councils and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration (CCMA), both as a Commissioner and Labour Law Advisor.
He has served as a Part-Time Commissioner for the CCMA since 1 October 2007. Prior to this, he was the Director for Labour Relations at the South African Local Government Association for three years and the Regional Secretary of the South African Local Government Bargaining Council for five years.
Linda also held the position of Assistant Director for Party Liaison at the Independent Electoral Commission for three years.
Earlier in their career, Linda worked as a Regional Organizer for the Media Workers Association of South Africa (MWASA) from 1987 to 1990. Between 1995 and 1996, they also served as a Tutor for Political Science at the University of the Western Cape.
Beyond these roles, Linda has collaborated with various consulting organisations, contributing expertise in development and strategic planning, conflict management and resolution, facilitation, and material development.
