Lekuka More is a practicing attorney, and a Director at Becker Bergh and More Incorporated in Upington since 2005. He has a general practice focusing on employment, civil and criminal law. He has a special interest in alternative dispute resolution and he was previously a part-time commissioner at the CCMA and several bargaining councils, including the South African Local Government Bargaining Council. He has a deep understanding of government matters. Among his specialisations are unfair labour practices, unfair dismissals, interpretations, applications of collective agreements, wage negotiations, and picketing rights. His community engagement finds application in his work as Treasurer at FAMSA Upington. He is the former Chairman of the Northern Cape Chamber of Commerce.
