Kenny Mosime is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Johannesburg Bar. He has also been an acting Judge of the Labour Court for several stints over the last seven years. Kenny has a combined skillset and wide experience in dispute resolution, training, management and facilitation.

He is a former student leader, a political activist, a trade unionist (NUM), a researcher and trainer in Labour Law for CALS at Wits University, and a director of Monitoring and Evaluation of transformation policies at the Gauteng Public Services Commission.

He was a Convening Senior Commissioner (CSC) of the CCMA in Gauteng (1997–2002), and then a National Senior Commissioner of the CCMA responsible for dispute management. He was also a senior member of the CCMA’s National Directorate and conducted training. He continues to consult on workplace solutions.

His specific areas of focus include labour law, dispute resolution, mediation (labour and medico-legal), training, facilitation and building workplace relations. A former part-time lecturer in Advanced Industrial Relations IV at the University of Johannesburg, he has co-written a book on the arbitration process.
