Karen Kleinot practices as a mediator, arbitrator, facilitator and trainer in employment law and dispute resolution practice. She specialises in disputes and investigations involving sexual harassment and issues of a similarly sensitive nature. She is a member of the conciliation and arbitration panels of dispute resolution bodies and bargaining councils, including the CCMA.

From 1996 to 2001 Karen was a full-time Commissioner at the CCMA and her work involved presenting and designing training programmes.

Karen is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as a Counselling Psychologist. Her areas of interest are process-oriented therapy (for which she was trained in the US), trauma debriefing, coaching and relationship counselling.
