Justice is an advocate of the High Court and a dispute resolution practitioner. He is a part-time CCMA Commissioner performing dispute resolution functions which include among others conciliations, mediation and arbitration. He also has deep experience in chairing hearings.
Justice is on the panel at the National Bargaining Council for Road Freight and Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI) and the Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC), and previously at the General Public Service Sector Bargaining Council (GPSSBC).
Justice is a professionally qualified secondary school teacher. He was certified as a competent facilitator by ETDP-SETA Accredited Networx Career Development.
Justice previously worked as a labour relations officer for the Gauteng Department of Education. He was a shop steward and an executive officer of a labour union. Through numerous short courses and workshops attended he developed competencies in facilitation, training and conflict management.
