Justice has deep experience in the dispute resolution field having worked at Tokiso for 15 years. He has worked closely with unions and employer organisations through managing the dispute resolution centre for the Kusile Power Station during the construction phase. He was a part of the team that managed employment disputes that arose through the construction of the Gautrain. He also has experience working within the Dispute Centres of Bargaining Councils including the MEIBC and Transnet Bargaining Council.
Justice has a special interest in conciliation and facilitation, focusing on sustainable relationships.
