Grant Wilkinson is a director of Kirchmanns Incorporated and heads up the Johannesburg branch of Global Business Solutions.
He contributed to a book about drugs and alcohol in the workplace written by a multinational author team and often writes for HR Future, Business Day Law & Tax Review, and World Congress. Grant has also lectured at the Da Vinci Institute of Technology; Rhodes Investec Business School, Wits Business School, and WITS Enterprise. He is also a member of faculty for the African continent for University of Stellenbosch’s Executive Education.
Grant is a representative on the Confederation of Associations in the Private Employment Sector (CAPES) and Business Unity South Africa (BUSA). He was a representative at the Department of Labour’s public consultation process and Parliamentary sessions on the Labour Law Amendment process. He was also South Africa’s representative at the informal working group for International Society for Labor Law and Social Security in Italy in 2018. Grant often speaks at local and international events including “The Future of HR” Conference and the World Labour Congress.
Grant was a finalist in the Standard Bank Rising Stars Awards (Top 5 Professional Services) and led the Cape Town Global Business Solutions team to the Top 300 Western Cape Companies Award 2014, and the BPESA External Training Provider and BPESA External Professional Services Awards in 2015.
