Gerhard Dreyer is an attorney with general practice experience in civil litigation, matrimonial, maintenance and administration of deceased estates matters, labour law, commercial law, and conveyancing.

Gerhard was previously employed as a Litigation Advisor at an Insurance company. The role entailed drafting pleadings and notices used in third-party litigation, briefing counsel for trial if a matter did not become settled, and writing legal opinions by taking relevant case law into account to advise if action should be instituted, defended or settled.

Gerhard was awarded the top performing Legal Advisor for five financial quarters and has extensive experience regarding the litigation process and relevant case law used in third-party claims.

Gerhard also worked at BJS Alliance (Pty) Ltd as a Legal Consultant in commercial and construction Law. In this role, he predominantly assisted clients with contractual matters regarding construction projects (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC, bespoke) and commercial transactions.
