Eric Myhill is an Advocate of the High Court and a senior commissioner at the CCMA. He specialises in labour law and personal injury law and has experience in presiding over disciplinary and grievance hearings, and arbitrations.

He has acted as a Judge in the Labour Court. He has been a panellist for the Education Labour Relations Council, National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry, and the Transnet Bargaining Council.

Eric began his career as a high-school teacher of English before training teachers at Soweto College of Education. During 1997 he completed a Higher Diploma in Arbitration through the Association of Arbitrators and in the following year was appointed as a part-time Commissioner at the CCMA and as Senior Commissioner in 2007.Eric’s awards have been published by Juta and LexisNexis.
