Dorothy Khosa

Dorothy is an advocate of the High Court (Gauteng Division). She has deep experience in resolving labour disptues in different legal forums.

Dorothy has worked in the public sector as an administrator, mediator and negotiator, labour relations and human resources manager, researcher and policy analyst. She has conceptualised and managed research and evaluation of projects, and policy development. She gained experience in employment relations at junior and senior levels from government departments and government entities, bargaining councils, the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and institutions of higher learning, from 1998 to 2018.

From December 2018 to date she has consulted in employment relations and human resources, as a sole director of Constructive Employment Relations Services.

Dorothy practices as an advocate, servicing both Government Departments as well as the Private Sector. She is a board member of several government entities and serves on Remuneration and Human Resource Committees of these entities.
