Clarence currently serves as a part-time Commissioner for the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA). He is also a member of the Eastern Cape Chapter of the South African Society of Labour Law (SASLAW).

He furthermore serves as a panellist on numerous public service and private Bargaining Councils. He has also conducted in-house and public course training in labour relations in his personal capacity. Clarence has also been called in to facilitate employment-related workshops, for the public, under the auspices of the CCMA and has furthermore also conducted Relationship Building Interventions (RBO’s).

He has also chaired and initiated disciplinary proceedings for both local government and multi-national companies.

Clarence is based in East London.
