Cindy Dickens is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and Director of Kramer Weihmann Attorneys. Cindy specialises in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and in corporate employee related investigations.

She has extensive experience as an arbitrator in employment matters. She also has extensive experience as a mediator.

Cindy is a Senior CCMA Commissioner and presides over arbitrations, conciliations and mediations at the CCMA and various Bargaining Councils. Cindy is a member of the Essential Services Committee. She is also a Specialist Commissioner appointed to deal with discrimination disputes under the Employment Equity Act, a Specialist Commissioner appointed to deal with non-standard employment disputes under Section 198 of the Labour Relations Act, and a Specialist Commissioner tasked to deal with Demarcation Disputes.
