Caroline Hlongwane is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and previously a Project Manager at Tokiso Dispute Settlement (Pty) Ltd. Caroline is a seasoned attorney with nine years experience in labour law and dispute resolution, with a keen interest in managing unionised environments.
Caroline was responsible for the successful management of the Medupi Centre of Dispute Resolution at Lephalale from 2015 to 2019, which required a deep understanding of dispute resolution, labour law and the various contracts and agreements between parties including unions. She has experience facilitating Relationship-by-Objective processes and has assisted with the provision of expert consulting services on Labour Relations Management within a government institution. Caroline also previously assisted with the research of an overview on the labour dispute resolution institutions and legal framework for a South-East Asian nation.
