Arthi is an admitted attorney and has practiced as such since her admission in 1982. She has a special interest in Labour Law and Family Law and for the past fifteen years she has focussed solely on ADR. She has completed the FAMAC training course in Family Mediation and is a CCMA accredited Commissioner. She is currently a part time commissioner and also serves on the panels of various Bargaining Councils and private dispute resolution bodies. She has presided over numerous arbitrations , mediations and disciplinary hearings, both in the public and private sector.
