Nthabiseng is an accredited level A part time CCMA commissioner with over 10 years’ experience as a conciliator and arbitrator. She is also a panel member with the Metal Engineering Industries Bargaining Council, the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industries and the National Bargaining Council for the Chemical Industries.
She is accredited to hear disputes in terms of the Employment Equity Act and section 198. She has experience in handling S188A arbitrations.
Nthabiseng has experience in human resources and training, as well as chairing disciplinary hearings and grievances.
